摘  要:针对立式电机轴承冷却器的选型问题,利用ICEPAK软件对翅片管和绕簧管两种结构形式进行了数值模拟研究。仿真结果表明:在进油速度相同的情况下,绕簧管冷却器和翅片管冷却器相比,其高速区域更多、能够承受的压力更大、低温区域更多,并且压降高40%~70%,传热能力也更强。无论是在有体积限制要求的工况,还是在有压力限制要求的工况,或需要能够提供较大入口压力的工况,绕簧管冷却器的性能均优于翅片管冷却器,因此应优先选用绕簧管冷却器。Aiming at the selection of vertical motor bearing cooler,numerical simulation study was carried out on two structural forms of finned tube and reed winding using ICEPAK software.Simulation results show that:in the case of the same oil feed rate,compared with the reed-wound cooler and finned tube cooler,it has more high-speed areas,can withstand more pressure,more low-temperature areas,and the pressure drop is higher by 40~70%,and the heat transfer capacity is also stronger.Whether it is in the case of volume limitation,pressure limitation or the need to be able to provide a large inlet pressure,the performance of the reed-wound cooler is better than the finned-tube cooler,so the reed-wound cooler should be preferred.
