摘 要:为解决高强度钢加工刀具寿命低的问题,提高超高强度钢材料加工性能,提出了基于低温风冷的超高强度钢铣削技术方案。通过试验对比分析了常温切削液加工与超低温风冷(-60℃)环境下A100超高强度钢(23Col4Ni12Cr3MoE)粗加工铣削在相同切削参数下刀具寿命。结果表明,超低温风冷(-60℃)加工,刀具寿命260 min;常温切削液加工,刀具寿命146 min;超低温风冷(-60℃)加工技术使得刀具寿命提升了78.1%,极大地提高了刀具的使用寿命。In order to solve the problem of low tool life of high-strength steel machining and improve the machining performance of ultra-high-strength steel materials,a miling technology programme for ultra-high-strength steel based on low-temperature air-cooling is proposed.Through the test comparison analysis of room temperature cutting fluid processing and ultra-low temperature air-cooled(-60℃)environment did A100 ultra-high-strength steel(23Col4Ni12Cr3MoE)roughing milling in the same cutting parameters under the tool life.The results show that the ultra-low temperature air-cooled(-60℃)processing,tool life of 260 min;room temperature cutting fluid processing,tool life of 146 min;ultra-low temperature air-cooled(-60C)machining technology makes the tool life of 78.1 per cent,which greatly improves the service life of the tool.
