摘 要:基于矿山铁路道岔转辙机安装装置与尖轨连接处尖端铁出现故障的现象,通过三维建模、有限元模态分析了故障主要原因。研究结果表明,转辙机安装装置尖端铁断裂主要原因是道岔斥离轨振动致使转辙机安装装置出现共振,通过加强矿山铁路维护,提高转辙机安装装置尖端铁强度,杜绝道岔系统出现共振现象,从而降低转辙机安装装置故障率。Based on the failure phenomenon of the tip iron at the connection between the switch rutting machine mounting device and the tip rail of the mining railway,the main cause of the failure was analysed through three-dimensional modelling and finite element modal analysis.The research results show that:the main reason for the rutting machine installation device tip iron fracture is the turnout repulsion off-rail vibration caused by the rutting machine installation device resonance,through the strengthening of the mining railway maintenance,improve the strength of the rutting machine installation device tip iron,put an end to the resonance phenomenon of the turnout system,so as to reduce the rutting machine installation device failure rate.
