三叉杆式万向联轴器的平均传动效率分析

摘  要:为掌握万向联轴器的运动特性,进一步明确此装置的运动规律,以三叉杆式万向联轴器为研究对象,设计一种针对此装置的传动效率分析方法。使用三维绘图软件,对联轴器中的不同实体结构进行建模,提取各个节点信息,建立三叉杆式万向联轴器的空间结构模型,以此为依据,建立三叉杆式万向联轴器运动方程;根据万向联轴器滑块滑动距离、滑块偏转角度与滑块回转角度之间的关系,计算联轴器滑块滑动速度;考虑到万向联轴器在传动过程中,其滑块与三叉杆臂之间将产生相对的滑动摩擦,因此,通过对摩擦损失的分析,计算得到联轴器的平均传动效率。设计实例应用分析实验,结果证明,设计方法在应用中可以将传动效率计算结果误差控制在1.0%范围内。In order to grasp the motion characteristics of the universal coupling and further clarify the motion law of this device,a transmission efficiency analysis method is designed for this device by taking the trident bar type universal coupling as an example.Using three-dimensional drawing software,the different solid structures in the coupling are modelled,and the information of each node is extracted to establish the spatial structure model of the trident rod universal coupling,and based on which,the equations of motion of the trident rod universal coupling are established;according to the relationship between the sliding distance of the slide of the universal coupling,the angle of deflection of the slide,and the angle of slewing of the slide,the sliding speed of the sliding block of the coupling is calculated;considering that during the transmission process,the sliding block and the sliding block are in the same position,the sliding speed is calculated.transmission process,its slider and the trident lever arm wil produce relative sliding friction,therefore,through the analysis of the friction loss,the average transmission efficiency of the coupling is calculated.The design example is applied to analyse the experiments,and the experimental results prove that the design method can be applied to control the eror of the transmission efficiency calculation results within 1.0%.
