摘 要:为实现某矿31106运输巷高效掘进,在巷道掘进地质条件分析基础上,从掘进设备、截割进刀工艺、支护方式以及组织安排等方面对采用的掘进技术工艺进行优化。采用先进的掘进设备,依据现场条件调整截割路径、掘进工序平行作业等,可明显提升掘进机截割破煤岩、围岩支护效率,在满足弱黏结复合顶板支护基础上,实现快速掘进。经现场应用后,巷道掘进进尺提升至350 m/月,巷道掘进效率较应用前(掘进进尺平均180 m/月)明显提升。In order to achieve high efficiency of 31106 transport roadway,based on the analysis of the geological conditions of roadway excavation,the excavation technology adopted is optimised from the aspects of excavation equipment,cutting into the knife process,support methods and organisational arrangements.Adopting advanced tunneling equipment,adjusting the cutting path according to the site conditions,and parallel operation of tunneling processes can significantly improve the efficiency of tunneling machine cutting and breaking the coal rock and surrounding rock support,and realise rapid tunneling on the basis of meeting the weakly bonded composite roof support.After the application on site,the roadway cuting footage is increased to 350 m/month,and the roadway cutting efficiency is significantly improved compared with that before the application(the average cutting footage is 180 m/month).
