摘  要:为进一步提升采掘一体机对煤矿生产中的适应性,尤其是适应煤矿狭小空间的生产要求,根据采掘一体机本身传动机构的结构特点及其实际工况对其的强度要求建立目标函数、约束条件,通过调用MATLAB优化函数对两个行星传动机构的齿数、模数以及齿宽等参数进行优化,达到体积减小22.3%的效果,进一步确定了输入轴和输出轴的尺寸。In order to further improve the adaptability of the integrated mining machine to coal mine production,especially to adapt to the production requirements of the narrow space of the coal mine,according to the structural characteristics of the drive mechanism of the integrated mining machine itself and its strength requirements for the actual working conditions to establish the objective function,constraints,through the use of MATLAB optimization function for the optimization of the number of teeth of two planetary drive mechanism,the number of modulus and the width of teeth and other parameters,to achieve the effect of volume reduction of 22.3%,and finally determine the size of the input shaft and output shaft.
