摘 要:针对电梯维护保养人员、电梯检验人员进行电梯限速器校验的培训存在现场培训危险系数高、时间成本高等问题,设计了基于VR技术的电梯限速器校验培训系统。以夹持式电梯限速器及便携式限速器校验仪模拟系统为研究对象,通过电梯限速器校验真实环境场景及校验流程的还原,培训学员佩戴VR设备,在逼真的限速器校验场景中可以体验限速器校验设备设置、校验流程等交互操作培训。使用结果表明:基于VR技术的限速器校验培训系统能够满足不在电梯使用现场的学员可以体验以及接受各项培训的需求,该设计节省了现场培训成本,降低了现场实际培训中存在的各种风险,有助于规范电梯维护保养人员、电梯检验人员对电梯限速器进行校验。Aiming at the lift maintenance personnel,lift inspectors to carry out the training of lift speed limiter calibration of the existence of on-site training of the high risk factor,time cost and other issues,designed based on VR technology of the lift speed limiter calibration training system.With the clamping type lft speed limiter and portable speed limiter calibrator simulation system as the research object,through the lift speed limiter calibration real environment scene and calibration process reduction,training students wear VR equipment,in the realistic speed limiter calibration scene can experience the speed limiter calibration equipment setup,calibration process and other interactive operation training.The results show that:the speed limiter calibration training system based on VR technology can meet the needs of trainees who are not in the lift use site to experience and accept various training needs,the design saves on-site training costs,reduces the various risks existing in the actual on-site training,and helps to regulate the lift maintenance personnel and lift inspectors to calibrate the speed limiter.
