摘　　要：针对铁路电务设备巡检数据种类繁多、数据处理智能化程度不高的问题,基于二维码技术、BI(商业智能)工具设计了一种包括巡检数据采集、数据同步上传和数据可视化分析的新型铁路电务设备巡检数据实时显示动态分析系统。该系统将设备二维码中的表单数据,通过数据API将存储在云端的海量二维码表单数据连接到百度智能云Sugar平台上创建数据大屏,实现巡检数据的有效分析与展示。研究结果表明,该系统能使处理巡检数据速度提高至实时级别,数据大屏能够显示100%的巡检内容。In view of the current situation that there are many kinds of patrol data of railway electrical equipment and the intelligence of data processing is not high,a new type of real-time display and dynamic analysis system of patrol data of railway electrical equipment is designed based on two-dimensional code technology and BI(Business Intelligence)principle,including patrol data acquisition,data synchronization upload and data visualization analysis.The system is divided into three parts,namely,the equipment QR code patrol data acquisition module,Cloud Server and the data visualization module.Connect the massive QR code form data stored in the cloud to the Baidu AI Cloud Sugar platform through database technology to create a large data screen for the effective analysis and display of patrol data.The research results show that the system can improve the speed of processing patrol data to real-time level,and the large data screen can display 100%of the patrol content.
