摘 要:以DM-1200/10(AL)型移动式膜分离制氮机为研究对象,对该膜分离制氮机的结构和工作原理进行了阐述,并从总体结构、硬件设计、软件设计三方面对制氮机监控装置进行设计研究。制氮机监控装置的设计与应用,可大幅度提高制氮机的自动化水平,以及制氮效果和效率,为煤矿防灭火技术方案的实施打下基础。Taking DM-1200/10(AL)mobile membrane separation nitrogen generator as the object of study,the structure and working principle of this membrane separation nitrogen generator are elaborated,and the monitoring device of the nitrogen generator is designed and studied from three aspects,namely,general structure,hardware design and software design.The design and application of the monitoring device of the nitrogen generator can greatly improve the automation level of the nitrogen generator,as well as the effect and efficiency of nitrogen production,and lay the foundation for the implementation of the coal mine fire prevention and suppression technology programme.
