摘 要:基于金鼎活性炭厂MC36-Ⅱ型除尘器在使用过程频繁出现故障,导致除尘效果差、设备维修费用高等问题,通过技术研究分析了袋式除尘器结构及工作原理,分析了装置在使用过程中主要故障,并根据现状从工艺系统、布质材料、喷吹方式及笼骨结构等方面进行优化改进。通过实际应用效果来看,优化改进后厂内MC36-Ⅱ型除尘器故障率由原来的17%降低至4%,维修费用减少了24.2万元,提高了活性炭厂除尘效率,取得显著应用成效。Based on the frequent failures of MC36-II type dust collector in Jinding Activated Carbon Plant,which resulted in poor dust removal effect and high maintenance cost,the structure and working principle of baghouse dust collector were analysed through technical research,and the main failures of the device were analysed during the process of use,and optimization and improvement were carried out according to the current situation in terms of the process system,cloth material,blowing method and cage structure.Through the actual application effect,after optimisation and improvement,the failure rate of MC36-II type dust collector in the plant is reduced from 17%to 4%,and the maintenance cost is reduced by 242,000 RMB,which improves the dust removal efficiency of the activated carbon plant and achieves significant application results.
