摘　　要：针对接触网滑轮补偿装置在日常运行中定滑轮与补偿绳易出现偏磨的问题,分析了定滑轮与补偿绳出现偏磨现象的原因,根据故障原因,提出了定滑轮与补偿绳出现偏磨现象的解决方案。经过实际应用发现,通过对定滑轮与下锚角钢连接部件进行改造,有效解决了定滑轮与补偿绳易出现的偏磨问题,更好地保障了接触网滑轮补偿装置的安全稳定运行。Aiming at the contact network pulley compensation device in the daily operation of the fixed pulley and the compensation rope is prone to the problem of bias abrasion,analysed the reasons for the phenomenon of bias abrasion of the fixed pulley and compensation rope,according to the cause of the failure,put forward the fixed pulley and the compensation rope bias abrasion phenomenon of the solution,after the practical application of the found that,through the fixed pulley and the lower anchor Angle steel connecting parts for the transformation,an effective solution to the fixed pulley and the compensation rope prone to bias abrasion problems,better protect the fixed pulley and compensation rope bias abrasion problem.Through the transformation of the fixed pulley and the lower anchor angle steel connecting parts,the problem of partial grinding between the fixed pulley and the compensation rope is effectively solved,and the safe and stable operation of the contact network pulley compensation device is better protected.
