摘　　要：以山西某煤矿DM-1200/10(L)型矿用移动式膜分离制氮装置为研究对象,对该膜分离制氮装置结构及工作原理进行分析,阐述了该煤矿膜分离制氮装置在应用过程中存在的氧中毒、着火、触电、噪声、带压操作等安全问题,并针对性地提出了改进措施,实践应用效果理想。A coal mine in Shanxi DM-1200/10(L)type mining mobile membrane separation nitrogen plant as the object,the membrane separation nitrogen plant structure and working principle of the analysis,the coal mine membrane separation nitrogen plant in the application of the process of oxygen poisoning,fire,electrocution,noise,pressure operation and other safety issues,and targeted to put forward the improvement measures,the effect of the practical application of ideal.
