摘 要:分析了复合相变换热器的基本原理和技术优势,将该技术应用于国内某电厂2号锅炉的排烟深度余热利用技术改造项目。改造后的性能考核试验结果表明,复合相变换热器投运后,在保证尾部受热面不发生腐蚀的情况下,有效降低了锅炉排烟温度,实现了锅炉烟气余热的深度回收和利用,验证了复合相变换热器烟气余热利用的节能效果,体现了较好的经济和社会效益,为火电机组锅炉烟气余热利用技术提供了重要的实践经验。The basic principle and technical advantages of composite phase change heat exchanger are analysed,and the technology is applied to the technical transformation project of exhaust gas depth waste heat utilization of No.2 boiler of a power plant in China.The results of the performance assessment test after the transformation show that after the composite phase change heat exchanger is put into operation,the temperature of the boiler exhaust smoke is effectively reduced under the condition of ensuring that no corrosion occurs on the heating surface of the tail,and the deep recovery and utilisation of the boiler flue gas waste heat is realised,which verifies the energy-saving effect of flue gas waste heat utilisation of the composite phase change heat exchanger and embodies a better economic and social benefit,providing important The practical experience.
