摘 要:为了解决传统超前支护方式存在的支护强度不足的问题,提出超前段锚索加强支护技术。对实际超前应力进行分析,发现在超前6.6 m处达到峰值应力为23.6 MPa,超前影响范围在42.4 m内,基于原支护方案给出了四种补强支护方案,对四种方案下巷道顶板离层量、底板底鼓量、帮部移近量进行分析,确定补强支护方案4的补强效果最佳。对补强支护方案进行应用,发现经过优化后巷道两帮的变形量分别为134 mm、120 mm,此时巷道底板及顶板最大位移量分别为170 mm、81 mm,锚索补强支护有效地补强了巷道顶板的稳定性,为矿井智能化工作面建设提供依据。In order to solve the problem of insufficient support strength existing in traditional overrun support method,overrun section anchor cable reinforced support technology is proposed.Analysis of the actual overrun stress,found that the peak stress of 23.6 MPa was reached at 6.6 m overrun,and the influence range of overrun was 42.4 m.Based on the original support scheme,four kinds of reinforcing support schemes were given,and the analysis of the amount of the top plate of the roadway away from the layer,the amount of the bottom plate bulge,and the amount of the gang part of the nearness of the roadway was carried out under the four schemes to determine the best reinforcing effect of the reinforcing support scheme IV.Application of reinforcing support,found that after optimisation,the deformation of the two gangs of the roadway is 134 mm,120 mm,at this time,the maximum displacement of the roadway bottom plate and roof plate is 170 mm,81 mm,respectively,the anchor cable support effectively reinforces the stability of the roof of the roadway,and provides the basis for the construction of intelligent working face in the mine.
