摘  要:以山西某矿1014工作面为研究对象,介绍了综采工作面综采全高技术。采空区支护巷道采用顶板卸压,采用“大变形恒阻锚索+钢带”对1014工作面进行固定,再利用深孔爆破技术沿采空区预裂顶板。爆破后对顶板进行临时和永久支护加固,最后用U型钢封堵矸石。实践证明,采用这种方法可以有效地减少煤矿的开采费用,达到煤矿的安全生产需要,并具有良好的支护效果和经济效益。Taking 1014 working face of a mine in Shanxi Province as an example,the comprehensive mining face comprehensive mining full height technology is introduced.The support roadway in the hollow area adopts the top plate decompression,adopts"large deformation constant resistance anchor cable+steel belt"to fix the 1014 working face,and then uses the deep hole blasting technology to pre-crack the top plate along the hollow area.After blasting,the top plate is reinforced with temporary and permanent support,and finally the gangue is blocked with U-type steel.Practice has proved that the use of this method can effectively reduce the mining costs of coal mines,to achieve the safe production needs of coal mines,and has a good support effect and economic benefits.
