摘  要:针对矿井坚硬岩层巷道较难掘进、掘进效率偏低、用人多的问题,以晋能控股煤业集团某矿南三采区集中回风巷为研究对象,提出了利用CMZY4-200/35钻装掘锚机+中深孔爆破组合方式进行巷道快速掘进的策略。根据现场工程情况,设计了详细的掘进方案,通过应用该掘进方案,某矿南三采区集中回风巷实际掘进速度达到了平均每月95.6 m左右,且掘进用人量减少了18人,减人增效效果显著,可为类似工况下的坚硬岩巷快速掘进提供参考。Aiming at the mine hard rock tunnel is more difficult to digging,digging efficiency is low,the problem of using more people,with Jinneng Holdings Coal Group,a mine in the south of the third mining area of the centralised return airway hard rock digging project as an example,put forward the use of the CMZY4-200/35 drill mounted drlling and anchoring machine+medium-depth hole blasting combination of rapid roadway strategy,according to the site engineering conditions,the design of a detailed programme for the digging,through the application of this Through the application of the digging programme,the actual digging speed of the centralised return airway in the south three mining areas of the mine has reached a monthly average of about 95.6 m,and the number of people used in digging has been reduced by 18,which is a significant effect of manpower reduction and efficiency increase,and it can be used as a reference for the rapid digging of hard rock roadways under similar working conditions.
