回采巷道预应力锚索补强支护方案设计及应用

摘  要:传统的巷道超前支护及端头支护工序复杂,工人劳动强度大,支护成本较高,生产效益较难提升。基于2901进风巷的具体地质及生产条件,在分析该巷道围岩变形破坏特征及支护难点的基础上,设计在2901进风巷原有支护方案的基础上,施打预应力高强锚索进行补强支护,并对支护方案及具体参数进行优化设计。经工业性试验及矿压观测,验证了支护方案的合理性,且工人劳动强度、支护成本、工作面推采速度等均得到改善。The traditional tunnel over-support and end-support process is complicated,the labour intensity of workers is high,the cost of support is high,and it is difficult to improve the production efficiency.Based on the specific geological and production conditions of 2901 wind tunnel,on the basis of analyzing the deformation and damage characteristics of the peripheral rock of the tunnel and the difficulties of support,the design of 2901 wind tunnel on the basis of the original support program,applying pre-stressing high-strength anchors for reinforcement support,and optimization of the support program and the specific parameters of the design,the industrial test and mine pressure observation,verified the reasonableness of the support program,and the worker labor intensity,support costs,working face pushing,and the cost of support is high.Afer the industrial test and mining pressure observation,the support scheme is verified to be reasonable,and the labour intensity of workers,the support cost,and the pushing speed of the working face are all improved.
