摘 要:基于8309工艺巷掘进期间过集中应力带造成巷道顶板垮落、煤壁片帮现象,王坪煤矿通过技术研究,决定对片帮区采取“L型钢棚+穿帮锚索”支护,对顶板冒漏区采取“注浆锚索+人工假顶+组合锚索梁”联合支护。通过实际应用效果来看,巷道集中应力区采取安全支护技术后,巷帮片帮长度减小至0.7 m,片帮深度减小至0.5 m,顶板下沉量减小至0.19 m,冒漏区范围得到了有效控制,取得了显著应用成效。Based on the phenomenon of roof collapse and coal wall ganging caused by the over-concentrated stress zone during the excavation of 8309 process roadway in Wangping Coal Mine,Wangping Coal Mine,through technical research,decided to adopt the support of"L-type steel shed+ganging anchors"for the ganging area,and adopt the joint support of"grouting anchors+artificial false top+combined anchor beams"for the roof leakage area.Combined anchor beam"joint support,through the actual application of the effect,the roadway concentrated stress area to take safety support technology,the roadway gang gang length reduced to 0.7 m,the depth of gang reduced to 0.5 m,the roof sinking reduced to 0.19 m,the scope of the leakage area has been effectively controlled,and achieved significant application results.
