摘 要:在概述输煤皮带在选煤厂生产中重要作用的基础上,提出了皮带打滑检测装置配备的重要性,并分析了煤矿常用的接触式皮带打滑开关和接近开关非接触式皮带打滑开关的运行原理及弊端,其后提出电涡流位移传感器在煤矿输煤皮带打滑检测及保护方面应用的可行性与适用性,可作为输煤皮带打滑保护实践的借鉴参考。In the overview of the coal conveyor belt in the coal preparation plant production on the basis of an important role,put forward the belt slip detection device is equipped with the importance of the analysis of the coal mine commonly used contact belt slip switch and proximity switches non-contact belt slip switch operating principle and drawbacks,and then put forward the feasibility and applicability of eddy current displacement sensors in the coal mine coal conveyor belt slippage detection,can be used as a coal conveyor belt slippage detection and protection The process is analysed and discussed,which can be used as a reference for coal conveyor belt slip protection practice.
