山东省丹参有效成分含量与土壤因子的相关性分析

摘  要:目的为研究土壤因子对丹参有效成分含量的影响,明确影响丹参有效成分积累的关键土壤因子。方法对山东省不同产地丹参中8种化学成分含量与15个土壤理化指标进行灰色关联度、相关性及逐步回归分析。结果山东省不同产地的丹参有效成分含量具有较大差异,其中以济南市钢城区、莱城区,临沂市蒙阴县、平邑县、莒南县,青岛市莱西市、即墨市,菏泽市鄄城县,滨州市邹平县,烟台市莱阳市,日照市莒县以及泰安市新泰市等地的丹参有效成分含量相对较高。速效氮、全钾、速效钾、有效镍、交换性镁、易还原性锰、碱化度、硫酸根离子是影响丹参有效成分积累的关键土壤因子。结论该研究为丹参科学施肥提供理论基础,为开展规范化生产提供参考。Objective This study aims to reveal the effect of soil factors on the content of active ingredients in Salvia miltiorrhiza,and identify the key soil factors that affect the accumulation of active ingredients in Salvia miltiorrhiza.Methods Gray correlation,correlation and stepwise regression analysis of the contents of 8 chemical components and 15 soil physicochemical indexes in Salvia miltiorrhiza from different origins in Shandong Province.Results The contents of effective components of Salvia miltiorrhiza from different producing areas in Shandong Province were quite different.Among them,Gangcheng District and Laicheng District of Jinan City,Mengyin County,Pingyi County and Junan County of Linyi City,Laixi City,Jimo City,Juancheng County of Heze City,Zouping County of Binzhou City,Laiyang City of Yantai City,Ju County of Rizhao City and Xintai City of Taian City have relatively high content of active components of Salvia miltiorrhiza.Available nitrogen,total potassium,available potassium,available nickel,exchangeable magnesium,reducible manganese,alkalinity and sulfate ion are the key soil factors affecting the accumulation of effective components of Salvia miltiorrhiza.Conclusion This study provides a theoretical basis for scientific fertilization of Salvia miltiorrhiza and a reference for standardized production.
