摘　　要：介绍了光洋PLC在造纸机分部传动电控系统中的应用。PLC通过RS422串行通讯方式控制所有SSD591全数字直流调速装置,实现了PLC对纸机各分部传动装置的速度给定、起动/停止控制信号的发送和速度、电流及故障状态信号的采集。整个系统控制精度高,实时性好,使用效果好。This study introduces the application of Koyo PLC in the branch drive electric control system of paper machine.PLC controls all SSD591 Digital DC speed control device through RS422 serial communication to realize the speed setting for each branch transmission device of the paper machine,sending of start/stop control signals and acquisition of speed,current and fault status signals.The whole system boasts high control precision,good real-time performance and application effect.
