摘　　要：液压支架立柱泄漏是导致液压支架失效的主要原因,立柱挂液是立柱泄漏的常见形式之一。引起立柱挂液的原因多种多样,实际处理起来较为困难,需要花费大量的人力和时间。从液压支架立柱结构、密封件结构、立柱各部件生产制造过程、立柱装配、试压等方面,对立柱挂液原因进行了详细深入分析,并分别制定了相应对策,可有效减少甚至杜绝立柱挂液的发生,为制造企业和煤矿用户解决立柱挂液问题提供借鉴。The leakage of the hydraulic support column is the main reason for the failure of the hydraulic support,and the column hanging liquid is one of common forms of the column leakage.There are many reasons causing the column hanging liquid,and it is dificult to deal with them in practice,which requires a lot of manpower and time.In this paper,a detailed and in-depth analysis was conducted on causes of the column hanging liquid from aspects of the hydraulic support column structure,the sealing element structure,the producing and manufacturing process of various components of the column,the column assembly,and the pressure testing.At the same time,corresponding countermeasures were formulated to effectively reduce or even eliminate the occurrence of the column hanging liquid,providing reference for manufacturing enterprises and coal mine users to solve the problem of the column hanging liquid.
