摘 要:为解决车厢冻煤无法卸车的问题,以铁路卸煤用翻车机振打装置为研究对象,研究了两机(两个偏心转子)驱动单摆式振打装置的振动同步理论。应用拉格朗日方程,建立了系统的运动微分方程。采用小参数平均法,构造了系统的无量纲耦合力矩方程。根据劳斯赫尔维茨判据,获取了两机实现振动同步及稳定性的条件。通过理论分析可知,该振动系统存在两种运动状态。在亚共振阶段,两机处于0°相位差运动状态;而在远共振阶段,两机处于180°相位差运动状态。通过数值仿真和试验结果,证明了理论方法的正确性和有效性。In order to solve the problem that the frozen coal in the carriage couldn't be unloaded,the vibration synchronization theory of the single pendulum vibration device driven by two eccentric rotors(ERs)was studied by taking the vibration device of the car dumper for railway coal unloading as the research object.The Lagrange equation was applied to establish the differential equation of motion for the system.Then,the dimensionless coupling torque equation of the system was established by using the small parameter average method.According to the Routh-Hurwitz criterion,conditions of vibration synchronization and stability of two ERs were obtained.The theoretical analysis showed that the vibration system had two motion states.In the sub-resonance,two ERs were in the motion stage of 0°phase difference.While in the super-resonance,two ERs were in the motion stage of 180°phase difference.The correctness and the effectiveness of the theoretical method were proved by the numerical simulation and experimental results.
