摘 要:利用LGM/LGMS380立磨试验台进行了立磨粉磨的开路试验。根据试验结果,计算每组成品粒径对数的平均值与标准差。依据微粉碎产品粒径对数符合正态分布的理论,分别用成品粒径对数的平均值和标准差与磨盘转速、料层厚度、辊压力进行回归计算,得到其回归方程并论证其合理性。由此证明可以通过调整立磨操作参数,实现对立磨成品粒度分布特征的精准控制,为工业立磨最佳工况的选择以及立磨参数选型提供理论依据。The open-circuit test of the vertical mill grinding was carried out by using LGM/LGMS 380 vertical mill test bench.According to the test result,the mean and standard deviation of the logarithm of particle size of each component were calculated.On the basis of the theory that the logarithm of the particle size of the micro-crushing product conformed to the normal distribution,the regression calculation was carried out with the mean and standard deviation of the logarithm of the particle size of the finished product and the rotational speed of the grinding table,the thickness of the material layer and the roller pressure respectively,and the regression equation was obtained and its rationality was verified.It was proved that the precise control of the distribution characteristics of the finished product particle size for the vertical mill could be realized by adjusting the operating parameters of the vertical mill,which provided a theoretical basis for the selection of the best operating point and the selection of the parameter of the vertical mill.
