摘 要:碎磨工艺是后续选别工艺的准备作业,碎磨质量的高低直接决定选矿指标的优劣,在当前“双碳”战略政策背景下,作为矿山主要耗能单元的碎磨过程承担着重大的历史责任。介绍了矿业常规碎磨工艺的发展现状以及高效节能碎磨设备在矿石碎磨工艺中的应用现状,重点探讨了围绕高压辊磨机、搅拌磨进行的碎磨流程新工艺的开发与应用,并对未来碎磨工艺的发展进行了展望。The crushing and grinding process is a preparatory operation for subsequent separation processes,and the quality of crushing and grinding directly determines the quality of beneficiation indicators.Under the current carbon peaking and carbon neutrality strategy,the crushing and grinding process,as the main energy consuming unit of mines,bears significant historical responsibility.This paper introduced the development status of conventional crushing and grinding process in mining industry and the application status of the high-eficiency and energy-saving crushing and grinding equipment in the ore crushing and grinding process.It focused on exploring the development and application of new crushing and grinding processes in the mining industry around high-pressure grinding rolls and stirring mills,and looked forward to the future development of crushing and grinding processes.
