摘  要:X射线识别煤矸石机理尚不明确。依据煤和矸石的矿物组分设计了单矿物和混合矿物试验。首先,通过样品的X射线成像,提取图像灰度值,得到了厚度与灰度的关系;其次,提出空间电子数(N_(e-p))概念,建立了单矿物和混合矿物的N_(e-p)模型。通过对N_(e-p)模型的推导和可靠性验证,表明模型的Pearson相关性在98%以上;同时也证明了混合矿物的X射线吸收系数大于单矿物,在微观层面上揭示了X射线识别煤矸石的机理。The mechanism of the identification of the coal gangue by X-ray is not clear.Based on the mineral composition of coal and gangue,the single mineral test and the mixed mineral test were designed.Firstly,the gray value of the image was extracted by the X-ray imaging of the sample,and the relationship between the thickness and the gray value was obtained.Secondly,the concept of spatial electron number(N_(e-p))was proposed,and the N_(e-p)model of the single mineral and the mixed mineral were established.Through the derivation and reliability verification of the N_(e-p)model,it was shown that the Pearson correlation of the model was above 98%.It also proved that the X-ray absorption coeficient of the mixed mineral was greater than that of the single mineral,and the mechanism of the X-ray identification of coal gangue was revealed at the micro level.
