摘 要:基于长距离掘进工作面局部智能通风面临的难题,使用Fluent软件模拟研究了掘进巷道的射流通风规律。分析了局部通风机的变频调速技术,根据迎头通风环境参数调节局部通风机的转速,实现对掘进工作面需风量的动态调节,形成了“监测-计算-调节-反馈”的闭环调控系统。实测了转龙湾煤矿23201掘进工作面现场通风参数,计算出测点风量、百米漏风率、百米风阻,建立了局部通风机与迎头环境的联动控制系统,根据掘进巷道的需风量调节局部通风机的频率,实现了局部通风的智能变频调节与综合管控。Aiming at the problem of local intelligent ventilation in the long-distance tunneling working face,Fluent software was used to simulate the jet ventilation of the tunneling roadway.At the same time,the variable frequency speed regulation technology of the local fan was analyzed.Then,according to environmental parameters of the head-on ventilation,the speed of the local fan was adjusted to realize the dynamic adjustment of the required air volume in the tunneling working face,and form a closed-loop control system of"monitoringcal-culation-adjustment-feedback".The on-site ventilation parameters of 23201 tunneling working face in Zhuanlongwan Coal Mine were measured,and then the air volume,the air leakage rate of 100 m and the air resistance of 100 m were calculated.The linkage control system of the local fan and the head-on environment was established.According to the air demand of the tunneling roadway,the frequency of the local fan was adjusted,and the intelligent variable frequency regulation and comprehensive control of the local ventilation were realized.
