摘　　要：居住类历史建筑保护更新项目中,如何在保护和修缮历史建筑的同时,改善社区居民的居住条件,尊重其生活方式、邻里关系和文化认同,是当下面临的难点问题。文章基于“活态遗产”的概念和视角,选取上海里弄和工人新村两类居住类历史建筑,从典型项目保护更新的工作难点、设计策略和实施效果三方面,阐述居住类历史建筑面临的困境和保护更新对策,以期为同类项目提供借鉴经验。In the preservation and renewal projects of historic residential buildings,it is a difficult point we currently face to improve the residential conditions of community residents,respect their lifestyle,neighborhood and cultural identity while preserving and renovating the historic buildings.Based on the concept and visual angle of“living heritage”,this paper has selected two categories of historic residential buildings,including Shanghai lane and workers’village,and from three aspects,i.e.,the working difficulties in preserving and renewing typical projects,design strategy and implementation effect,it elaborates the dilemma confronted by historic residential buildings and the countermeasures for preservation and renewal,so as to provide experience for reference for the same category of projects.
