摘 要:受城镇化快速发展和经济技术的制约,20世纪70年代后我国建造的多层住宅大多没有安装电梯。秉承可持续发展理念,考虑运用针对性技术,对建筑进行合理的修缮及改造。文章以老旧小区“悬空”人群面临的出行困境为切入点,指出既有多层住宅加装电梯建设在旧住房改造中的重要性;同时,对明确宏观发展导向和解决设计重难点的加梯政策进行分析,总结加装电梯主要形式及优缺点;在此基础上,结合实际案例,讨论和研究不同现实问题与矛盾下的应对策略,以期为加装电梯等城市更新项目提供一定的参考。With the rapid development of urbanization and because of economic and technical restriction,large quantities of multi-storey residences were not equipped with elevators in China since the 1970s.In order to adhere to the concept of sustainable development,those buildings should be reasonably repaired and transformed by targeted technology,which should be taken into consideration.The travel dilemma confronted by the“aerial”mass in the outmoded residential quarter is paid attention to in this paper,it points out the importance of constructing elevator installation to existing multi-storey residence in old housing renovation,and analyzes the policy of elevator installation for clear macro development orientation and solving the key and difficult points in design;it summarizes the main pattern as well as the advantage and disadvantage of elevator installation.On this basis,it discusses and researches the countermeasure under different practical problems and contradictions with actual cases,so as to provide certain reference for elevator installation included in urban renewal projects.
