医养结合理念下社区老年人公寓设计策略与应用——以潍坊市某社区老年人公寓设计为例

摘　　要：在现有的社区养老的模式下,老年人对居住空间的基本需求已得到满足,如何使老年人在其中“行更方便、医更舒心、住更安全”成为社会关注的重点。文章以老年人群体为服务核心,以“医养结合”为设计理念,以原有住宅建筑功能为创新基础,探索住宅与医疗间紧密的空间关系,从建筑整体功能构成、流线组织、各功能开发要求等方面进行分析,总结设计方法,为社区老年人公寓设计后续研究提供方法和策略。Under the existing pattern of community elderly care,the basic demand of old people to residential space has been met,and it is the emphasis of social attention to make the elderly“feel more convenience of transportation,be more comfortable in medical treatment and dwell more safely”in it.This paper takes the elderly mass as the core of service,takes“combination of medical and nursing care”as the design idea,takes the existing residential building functions as the basis for blazing new trails,explores the close space relation between dwelling house and medical treatment,performs analysis and research from each aspect,including overall functional composition of building,streamline organization and each function development requirement,etc.,summarizes the design method and provides method and strategy for the follow-up research of community apartment design for the elderly.
