摘 要:近几年来,我国各地的老旧管网改造工程都在如火如荼地进行中。其中,垫衬非开挖管道修复技术应用十分广泛,但长距离大管径管道应用垫衬法往往修复效果差,易出现爆膜、鼓膜、管道修复不平整等情况。围绕如何提高修复效果展开研究,通过采用模板支架搭设的方法来进行施工,大幅提升垫衬法修复在长距离大管径管道的修复效果,在对该施工工艺进行总结、完善的基础上,总结形成不良基础下大管径管道垫衬修复施工技术。In recent years,the renovation projects of old pipeline networks in various parts of China have been in full swing.Among them,the lining non excavation pipeline repair technology is widely used.However,the application of lining method in long-distance and large-diameter pipelines often results in poor repair results,and is prone to situations such as bursting film,bulging film,and uneven pipeline repair.This paper focuses on how to improve the repair effect.By using template supports for construction,the repair effect of lining method can be greatly improved in long-distance large-diameter pipelines.On the basis of summarizing and improving the construction process,this paper summarizes the construction technology for repairing the lining of large diameter pipelines under poor conditions.
