摘 要:为了保障互通匝道桥现浇箱梁满堂支架施工的安全与提高施工质量,基于经济性与施工难度综合选择满堂支架作为支撑体系,进行了满堂支架的结构验算,并对支架预压方案进行研究。研究结果表明:支架体系满足压杆变形计算与考虑风荷载的结构抗倾覆验算;在水资源充足的条件下,水袋预压优势更明显,适合推广应用。In order to ensure the safety and improve the construction quality of the cast-in-place box girder full hall support of the interchange ramp bridge,this article selects the full hall support as the support system based on the comprehensive consideration of economy and construction difficulty.At the same time,the structural verification of the full hall support was carried out,and the pre compression scheme of the support was studied.The research results indicate that the support system satisfies the calculation of compression rod deformation and the structural anti overturning calculation considering wind load.Under sufficient water resources,the advantages of water bag preloading are more obvious and suitable for promotion and application.
