摘  要:珠江三角洲水资源配置工程土建施工C1标盾构隧洞洞顶埋深较浅,最浅埋深仅30 m,洞身上段为全风化土,隧洞掘进下穿公路、高架桥,沿线地面密布建筑物群。隧洞采用复合式土压平衡盾构机掘进,过程对原状土体存在较大扰动,容易造成地下水超排,引起地面沉降或造成居民楼房墙体开裂,甚至造成地面沉陷,影响交通安全。为保证施工安全及杜绝对地面建筑设施造成破坏,防止安全事故及社会影响事件发生,不良地质隧洞掘进过程采取预加固措施进行处理。Civil construction of Bid C1 of the the Pearl River Delta Water Resources Allocation Project shield tunnel has a shallow burial depth at the top of the tunnel,the shallowest burial depth is only 30m,the upper section of the tunnel body is completely weathered soil,the tunnel tunneling underpasses roads and viaducts,and the ground along the line is densely covered with buildings.The tunnel is excavated using a composite earth pressure balance shield machine.The process causes significant disturbance to the undisturbed soil,which can easily lead to groundwater over discharge,causing ground subsidence or cracking of residential building walls,and even causing ground subsidence,affecting traffic safety.To ensure construction safety and prevent damage to ground construction facilities,and to prevent safety accidents and social impact events,pre-reinforcement measures are taken during the excavation process of unfavorable geological tunnels.
