摘 要:砂石加工系统设计和设备选型工作基本是围绕系统建设、后续运营任务来开展,以更加合理、优化的设计来降低建安期投入,以与生产能力相匹配的设备优化配置来最大限度降低运维成本、降低生产过程能耗、更加便于维护管理。从人工砂石系统设计前期工作准备、工艺及布置设计原则要点、设备选型等方面进行分析、总结,为人工砂石系统前期阶段工作开展、工艺流程及平面布置设计和设备选型提供一些有益的选择方案和参考数据。The design and equipment selection of the sand and gravel processing system are mainly carried out around system construction and subsequent operational tasks.Reducing investment during the construction and installation period through more reasonable and optimized design,and optimizing equipment configuration that matches production capacity to minimize operation and maintenance costs and reduce energy consumption in the production process can make maintenance and management more convenient.This paper analyzes and summarizes the preliminary work preparation,process and layout design principles,equipment selection,and other aspects of the artificial sand and stone system design.It provides some useful selection plans and reference data for the early stage work of the artificial sand and stone system,process flow and layout design,and equipment selection.
