摘　　要：为保障海砂开采项目稳定开展、高效推进,增强海砂开采过程安全性,海砂开采项目实施过程中,需要充分发挥党建工作作用,结合采砂单位项目情况,顺应时代发展形势,积极调整与优化党建工作开展方法。基于此,分析了海砂开采项目中党建工作开展的重要性,并结合海砂开采项目中党建工作开展面临的困境提出了工作优化方法,旨在发挥出党建工作在提升项目管理水平、增强团队凝聚力、提升项目效益等方面的重要作用。In order to ensure the stable and efficient implementation of sea sand mining projects,and enhance the safety of the sea sand mining process,it is necessary to fully play the role of party building work during the implementation of sea sand mining projects.Based on the project situation of sand mining units and in line with the development situation of the times,it is necessary to actively adjust and optimize the methods of carrying out party building work.Based on this,this paper analyzes the importance of party building work in sea sand mining projects,and proposes work optimization methods in combination with the difficulties faced by party building work in sea sand mining projects.The purpose is to play the important role of party building work in improving project management level,enhancing team cohesion,and enhancing project efficiency.
