摘　　要：近年来,工程建设EPC总承包模式作为先进的施工管理模式,在我国的应用越来越广泛。然而,施工方作为较弱势的一方,受制于EPC总承包管理模式的特点,面临的经营风险较大。结合EPC总承包模式的特点,分析了EPC项目中施工方面临的主要经营风险,并提出相应的管理对策,为施工方在市政工程EPC项目的经营风险管理方面提供参考。In recent years,the EPC general contracting model for engineering construction,as an advanced construction management model,has been increasingly widely used in China.However,as a weaker party,the construction party is constrained by the characteristics of the EPC general contracting management model and faces significant operational risks.Based on the characteristics of the EPC general contracting model,this paper analyzes the main operational risks faced by construction in EPC projects and proposes corresponding management strategies,providing reference for construction companies in the management of operational risks in municipal engineering EPC projects.
