摘 要:智慧水务背景下的城区建设能够较好地协调都市生态功能区各个链条,有利于丰富区域多层次的自然生态系统。针对天河智慧城智慧水系水安全缺乏保障、水质较差、水资源得不到合理利用等一些水利治理问题,基于环境因素评价提出适用于该水系的智慧水务系统总体架构和环境监测方案,进而对工程沿线水环境进行实时监测与环境质量评价。研究成果可为本项目的环境管理提供科学依据。The construction of urban areas under the background of smart water services can better coordinate the various chains of urban ecological functional areas,which is conducive to enriching the multi-level natural ecosystem of the region.The smart water system of Tianhe Smart City has some water management problems,such as lack of water safety guarantee,poor water quality,and unreasonable utilization of water resources.This paper proposes the overall architecture and environmental monitoring plan of a smart water management system suitable for the water system based on environmental factor assessment,and then conducts real-time monitoring and environmental quality evaluation of the water environment along the project.The research results can provide scientific basis for the environmental management of this project.
