摘 要:汛期巨大的来水和有限的河道泄流能力之间的矛盾十分突出,导致洪水灾害频发,给人民生命财产安全造成了巨大危害。针对设计洪水(洪峰、洪量)进行复核,结合复核的设计洪水、库容曲线、泄流曲线,研究恢复南水水库原设计运行方式的可行性与存在的风险,并提出防洪调度方案。最终达到能充分发挥南水水库的功能、效益,也能结合南水水库实际情况保障南水水库运行安全。The contradiction between the huge inflow of water during the flood season and the limited discharge capacity of river channels is very prominent,leading to frequent flood disasters and causing great harm to the safety of people's lives and property.This article reviews the design flood(peak and volume).Based on the reviewed design flood,storage capacity curve,and discharge curve,it studied the feasibility and existing risks of restoring the original design operation mode of Nanshui Reservoir,and proposed a flood control scheduling plan.Ultimately,it can fully leverage the functions and benefits of the Nanshui Reservoir,and also ensure its safe operation based on its actual situation.
