摘  要:油页岩原位转化技术是油页岩工业的发展趋势,注高温氮气是一种对流加热油页岩地下原位转化开采技术,具有工艺简单、安全环保、加热效率高、经济效益好等优点。文中以抚顺油页岩为研究对象,运用数值模拟方法,研究了油页岩注高温氮气原位转化过程,并分析了常规油气田开采5种布井方式对应的注采井数比对开发效果的影响。结果表明:常规油气田开采中,以注采井数比1∶1为界,增大注采井数比有利于缩短生产时间,减小注采井数比有利于增大能量效率;注采井数比为1∶3或1∶2时,油气产量受到生产井处地层渗透率、孔隙度变化的影响,生产过程出现2个峰值;通过对比不同布井方式,注采井数比为1∶2的反七点井网法单位体积产油量最大,能量效率最大为56%,开采效果最优。该研究成果为油页岩注氮气原位开采的现场应用提供参考。In-situ conversion technology of oil shale is the development trend of oil shale industry.High-temperature nitrogen injection is a a production technology using convective heating to promote in-situ conversion of oil shale,which has the advantages of simple process,safety and environmental protection,high heating efficiency and good economic benefits.In this study,the Fushun oil shale was used as the research object,and the in-situ conversion of high-temperature nitrogen injection into the oil shale was studied using numerical simulation methods,the influences of injection-production wells ratio of five kinds of well pattern on development effects in conventional oil and gas fields were analyzed.The results show that in conventional oil and gas fields,with the injection-production wells ratio limit of 1∶1,increasing the ratio is beneficial to shortening production time,and decreasing the ratio is beneficial to increasing energy efficiency.When the injection-production wells ratio is 1∶3 or 1∶2,the production of oil and gas is affected by the change of formation permeability and porosity at the production wells,and two peaks appear in the production process.By comparing different well patterns,the inverse seven-spot well pattern method with injection-production wells ratio of 1:2 has the highest oil production per unit volume,which has the highest energy efficiency of 56%and the best recovery effect.This study provides a reference for the field application of nitrogen injection in-situ production of oil shale.
