安神定志丸配合子午流注择时五行音乐疗法对阿尔茨海默病伴睡眠障碍患者炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨安神定志丸配合子午流注择时五行音乐疗法对阿尔茨海默病伴睡眠障碍患者的治疗效果。方法:选取阿尔茨海默病伴睡眠障碍患者66例,将其随机分为治疗组及西药组。治疗组予子午流注择时五行音乐疗法配合安神定志丸治疗,西药组予艾司唑口服。在治疗前,治疗1个月、2个月、3个月后,收集血清,检测血清炎症因子的浓度,并完成MMSE量表。运用SPSS软件对数据进行分析,比较两组血清炎症因子及MMSE评分的差异。结果:治疗前及治疗1个月后,两组患者IL-6、TNF-α浓度无差异;在治疗2月后,治疗组IL-6、TNF-α浓度下降较西药组明显(P<0.05)。与治疗前对比,治疗组在治疗后1个月、2个月、3个月IL-6、TNF-α浓度均较治疗前下降(P<0.05);西药组IL-6、TNF-α水平在治疗后1个月与治疗前浓度无差异,在治疗后2个月、3个月,浓度较治疗前下降(P<0.05)。表明治疗组患者在治疗后1个月IL-6水平开始明显下降,而西药组患者在治疗后2个月才开始明显下降,在治疗2个月后,治疗组IL-6、TNF-α水平明显低于西药组。治疗组患者在治疗1个月、2个月、3个月后MMSE评分均优于西药组(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,治疗组患者在治疗后1个月、2个月、3个月,MMSE评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),西药组患者在治疗后1个月、2个月、3个月与治疗前相比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。患者IL-6及TNF-α水平与MMSE评分呈明显的负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:子午流注五行音乐疗法治疗阿尔茨海默病伴睡眠障碍可改善MMSE及炎症因子水平,疗效确切。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Anshen Dingzhi Pill combined with Ziwu Liuzhu Selected Time Five Elements Music Therapy in Alzheimer's disease patients with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 66 patients with Alzheimer's disease and sleep disorders who were treated in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a western medicine group.The treatment group was given Ziwu Liuzhu selected time Five Elements music therapy combined with Anshen Dingzhi Pill,and the western medicine group was given estazolam orally.Before treatment,1 month,2 months,and 3 months after treatment,serum was collected,the concentration of serum inflammatory factors was detected,and the MMSE scale was completed.SPSS was used to analyze the data,and the differences in serum inflammatory factors and MMSE scores between the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment and after 1 month of treatment,there was no difference in the concentrations of IL-6 and TNF-αbetween the two groups;after 2 months of treatment,the concentrations of IL-6 and TNF-αin the treatment group decreased significantly compared with those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the treatment group were decreased at 1 month,2 months,and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05);In the western medicine group,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αhad no difference between one month after treatment and before treatment,but decreased in two and three months after treatment(P<0.05).It can be seen that the level of IL-6 in the treatment group began to decrease significantly after 1 month of treatment,while in the western medicine group began to decrease significantly after 2 months of treatment.After 2 months of treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the western medicine group.The MMSE scores of the treatment group were better
