基于经筋理论辨治帕金森病

摘　　要：帕金森病为神经系统变性疾病,常表现为静止性震颤、肌肉强直、行动徐缓和步态、姿势不稳。经筋包含筋肉、神经系统,可联系筋骨关节、维持脏器稳定与躯体运动平衡。帕金森病与经筋系统存在一定相关性,基于经筋理论探讨帕金森病的诊治方案,从经筋理论溯源,阐述帕金森病的病机与指导施治,并列出常用药对与验案举例,为中医药防治帕金森病提供理论依据。Parkinson's disease is a degenerative disease of the nervous system,often characterized by static tremors,muscle rigidity,slow movement,and unstable gait and posture.The Meridian Sinew contain the muscles and nervous system,which can connect with the muscles,bones,and joints,maintain organ stability,and balance bodily movements.There is a certain correlation between Parkinson's disease and the Meridian Sinew system.Based on the Meridian Sinew theory,this study explores the diagnosis and treatment plans for Parkinson's disease.Tracing back to the Meridian Sinew theory,it elaborates on the pathogenesis and guidance for treatment of Parkinson's disease,and lists commonly used medication pairs and examples of proven cases,providing a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of Parkinson's disease with traditional Chinese medicine.
