摘　　要：病因学说是中医基础理论的重要组成部分,病因是疾病发生的源头,治病即明确病因之后按因施治。小儿哮喘是一种难治性疾病,针对发作期-缓解期-发作期的循环反复,唯有从源头下手,审因论治,才能提高疗效。从病因学说源流及其分类入手,探讨小儿哮喘的病因,从病因学说论治小儿哮喘典型医案,以期进一步完善临床诊疗思路。The theory of etiology is an important part of the basic theory of Traditional Chinese medicine.The etiology is the source of the occurrence of diseases,and the treatment is based on the clear etiology.Pediatric asthma is a refractory disease,for the cycle of attack period-remission period-attack period,it is very important to find the cause of treatment in order to improve the curative effect.From the origin of etiology theory and its classification,it discusses the etiology of children asthma and analyzes the typical medical case of prevention and treatment of children asthma from the etiology theory,in order to further improve the clinical treatment ideas.
