摘　　要：小儿不明原因发热,病因难以明确,临床治疗效果欠佳,王孟清教授从三焦立论,以三仁汤宣上、畅中、渗下,取其宣畅气机、清热利湿之功,用之治疗小儿内伤发热,尤其夏秋湿温发热,疗效确切。整理验案一则,以期为小儿不明原因发热的中医药治疗提供理论和方药经验指导。Children with unknown causes of fever,the etiology is difficult to be clear,clinical treatment effect is not good.With“San Jiao”as the center,Professor Wang Mengqing selected Sanren Decoction to Xuan Shang,Chang Zhong and Shen Xia to treat children's fever,especially the wet temperature fever in summer and autumn.It is effective for promoting qi and clearing heat and dampness.In order to provide theoretical and prescription experience guidance for the treatment of children with unexplained fever,a case report was sorted out.
