芳香疗法防治心血管疾病研究进展

摘　　要：芳香疗法是指将气味芳香的药物制成相应剂型,通过内服、外用给药途径来治疗多种疾病的一种辅助疗法。祖国医学认为心主血脉、心主神志,这是芳香疗法防治心血管疾病的理论基础。研究表明芳香疗法可广泛用于防治高血压、冠心病、心肌病、心力衰竭、血管损伤等心血管疾病,其机制涉及抗内皮细胞损伤、调节糖脂代谢、抗血小板聚集、抑制血栓形成、抗心律失常、保护心肌、抑制心肌肥厚及心室重构等。对芳香疗法防治心血管疾病的研究进行总结、归纳,以期为该疗法的临床应用及基础研究提供参考。Aromatherapy is a kind of adjuvant therapy that treats a variety of diseases through internal and external administration of fragrant drugs in corresponding dosage forms.Chinese medicine believes that the theory that the heart is the master of blood and mind is the theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases by aromatherapy.Studies have shown that aromatherapy can be widely used in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension,coronary heart disease,cardiomyopathy,heart failure and vascular injury.Its mechanisms involve anti-endothelial cell damage,regulation of glucose and lipid metabolism,anti-platelet aggregation,inhibition of thrombosis,anti-arrhythmia,protection of myocardium,inhibition of myocardial hypertrophy and ventricular remodeling.In this paper,the research on the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases was summarized by aromatherapy and the conclusion can provide reference for its clinical application and basic research.
