补充替代医学在腹泻型肠易激综合征治疗中的应用

摘　　要：腹泻型肠易激综合征是临床常见的肠功能紊乱性疾病,以腹痛、腹泻等为主要症状。因主流药物存在疗效、安全性及作用时效受限等问题,选取补充替代医学(CAM)疗法针对性强,且疗效确切。通过归纳总结近5年来运用多种CAM治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效分析,从传统医学、运动、心理、饮食、粪菌移植等方面进行论述,以拓宽对CAM的认知,丰富对于该病的治疗方法,为该病的相关治疗提供借鉴。Diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome is a common intestinal dysfunction in clinic,with abdominal pain and diarrhea as the main symptoms.Because of the limitation of efficacy,safety and efficacy of mainstream drugs,supplementary alternative medicine therapy is targeted and effective.Through the analysis of the curative effect of using many kinds of CAM in the treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome in the past 5 years,it is discussed from the aspects of traditional medicine,exercise,psychology,diet,fecal bacteria transplantation and so on,so as to broaden the cognition of CAM,enrich the treatment methods of this disease,and provide reference for the related treatment of this disease.
