摘  要:应急地理信息平台是应急管理体系信息化建设的重要组成部分,为应急管理提供地理信息数据、服务和技术保障。二三维一体化技术是地理信息可视化方面的重要研究方向,为充分利用二维GIS和三维GIS各自的优势,研究了二三维一体化关键技术,构建了基于二三维一体化的应急地理信息平台总体框架,实现了二三维一体化的系统界面、地图浏览和数据对象功能,为应急管理工作提供直观、科学的决策支持。The emergency geographic information platform is an important part of the informatization construction of the emergency management system,providing geographic information data,services and technical support for emergency management.Two or three dimensional integration technology is an important research direction in geographic information visualization.In order to make full use of the respective advantages of two-dimensional GIS and three-dimensional GIS,the key technology of two or three dimensional integration is studied,and an overall emergency geographic information platform based on two-dimensional and three-dimensional integration is constructed.The framework realizes the two or three dimensional integrated system interface,map browsing and data object management functions,and provides decision support for emergency management.
