摘　　要：介绍了城市坐标系的建立方法和雄安新区原有坐标系统的不足,为解决原有坐标系统已无法满足当前新区规划建设的需要问题,分析了采用116°00′自定义中央子午线的必要性,以任意带高斯投影于CGCS2000参考椭球面的方式构建雄安新区城市坐标系。简述了雄安新区城市坐标系与原有测绘成果坐标系之间的转换方法,以及雄安新区城市坐标系的应用等。This paper introduces the establishment method of urban coordinate system and the shortcomings of the original coordinate system of Xiong'an New Area.In order to solve the problem that the original coordinate system can no longer meet the needs of the current planning and construction of the new area,the necessity of using 116°00'self-defined central meridian is analyzed,and the urban coordinate system of Xiong'an New Area is constructed with arbitrary Gaussian projection on the CGCS2000 reference ellipsoid.The transformation method between the new coordinate system and the original coordinate system of surveying and mapping results and the application of the urban coordinate system in Xiong'an New Area are introduced.
