利用FME处理不动产权籍调查工作中的CAD数据

摘　　要：由于CAD软件图形编辑功能强大,不动产权籍调查工作中的图形数据一般使用CAD进行编辑处理。图形数据在建库前还需要进行一些预处理工作,包括空间要素检查和属性要素检查等。本文探索和研究了利用FME处理不动产权籍调查工作中CAD数据的几个案例,经过实际项目验证,可以大大提高工作效率。利用FME处理权籍调查工作中的CAD数据,补充配套软件某些功能上的不足,值得有类似需求的技术人员不断研究和应用。Because of the powerful graphic editing function of CAD software,the graphic data in the real estate ownership investigation work is generally edited and processed by CAD.Before building a database,graphic data needs to be preprocessed,including spatial element checking and attribute element checking.This paper explores and studies several cases of using FME to process CAD data in real estate ownership investigation,which can greatly improve work efficiency after the actual project verification.FME can be used to process CAD data in ownership investigation,and it can supplement some functional deficiencies of supporting software,which is worthy of continuous research and application by technicians with similar needs.
