摘　　要：在从事测量业务时,经常需要从数据库里输出各种报表,为此开发了多个专门的软件,但这些软件往往不能复用,只能用于特定项目。为了开发出适用于不同项目的通用测量报表输出软件,本文设计了一种方法,此方法通过定义规则从数据库提取需要的数据,把这些数据替换到Excel、Word模板的对应数据标签来实现各种报表的输出。采用此方法开发出的通用测量报表输出软件经过上百个项目的应用检验,实现了各种复杂报表的输出,做到了“通用”,大大提高了生产效率。When engaged in measurement business,it is often necessary to output various reports from the database,and special software needs to be developed for this purpose,but these software can not be reused and can only be used for specific projects.In order to develop a general measurement report output software suitable for different projects,this paper designs a method to extract the required data from the database by defining rules,and replaces these data with the corresponding data labels of Excel and Word templates to achieve each output of a report.The general measurement report output software developed by this method has been tested by hundreds of projects,and has realized the output of various complex reports,which is"universal"and greatly improves the production efficiency.
