摘　　要：介绍了卧式连续退火炉无氧化高速烧嘴的结构特点、性能要求,结合鞍钢股份冷轧硅钢厂卧式连续退火炉无氧化烧嘴的使用情况,提出了利用火焰形态等判断高速烧嘴失效的方法,对失效原因进行了分析并提出改进措施。The structural characteristics and performance requirements of the non-oxidizing high-speed burner of the horizontal continuous annealing furnace were introduced.Combined with the use of the non-oxidizing burner of the horizontal continuous annealing furnace in the cold-rolled silicon steel plant of Anshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,how to effectively judge the lose efficacy of the high-speed burner was introduced.The reasons of the lose efficacy were analyzed and the improvement measures were proposed.
